Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy
Operation
– Grade I – II: Bleeding hemorrhoids
Surgery is performed during consultation. It is minimally invasive and has few side effects or complications.
Sclerotherapy can be combined with ligatures of hemorrhoids.
During sclerotherapy, a product is injected that clogs up the little blood vessels within the hemorrhoids. By blocking the small blood vessels of the hemorrhoids, necrosis will appear. They will decrease in volume and scarring will fixate the tissue and prevents the hemorrhoids from slipping further out of the anal canal.
Sclerotherapy is effective for bleeding hemorrhoids Gr I – II (III)
